We were awarded the electrical installation works within the pump room on this new distribution warehouse, with the express instruction that works were to be completed within two working weeks.
Our awarded package consisted of the wring of the electrical pump, the diesel, pump the jockey pump, RAP panel and the supply and fitting of louvre and damper. In addition we supplied and fitted heating, lighting and small power.
Works were completed within a seven working day period, and were completed within the original budget set by our client

We were awarded the trace heating and lagging package which was to be fitted to an existing alternate sprinkler pipework system which was to be converted to a fully ‘wet’ system within this existing fully functional large manufacturing warehouse / depot, 8 weeks before Christmas.
Our awarded package consisted of the supply and fitting of trace heating and lagging to over 1500 liner meters of existing sprinkler pipework situated at the roof line of the existing operational storage area.
Works were carried out with stringent parameters set by the end user, and with the added complication of only being allowed access two days per week. Works were undertaken in tandem with others who were undertaking alterations to sprinkler pipe work. All works were completed on time, within budget and to the client’s full satisfaction.

Work carried out:
Stafford Council has undertaken to build 11 new fire stations around their shire. We were awarded the contract to wire sprinkler pumps, install and commission Vesda and Gas Extinguishing Systems to new build fire stations located within their County.
Our awarded package consisted of wiring the sprinkler pump, jockey pump and immersion heater to pump rooms. In addition we were to install and commission Gas extinguishing and Vesda systems to communication rooms within the new fire stations.
The contract duration for each job was 7 working days. All works were completed on a programmed basis, and to date all have been completed on time and within budget.

Santander have two data centre’s constructed opposite each other on a site in Leicestershire. Each building required 7 sets of pre-action valve units with full duplicate valve sets. The detection being carried out by another contractor. P Gibson (Services) Ltd were employed to wire the pre-action valve assembly (Panel and valve) test and commission with the fire alarm contractor to the satisfaction of the client and commissioning body.

Electrical wiring to multistage sprinkler and wet riser pumps and installation of 24 Pre Action detection Systems
Work carried out:
In March 2013 we were awarded the package to supply, install and commission 18 pre-action systems including detection to the protected areas within this new prestigious building in the City of London, and to wire a set of 5 stage sprinkler fire pumps and 4 stage wet riser fire pumps.
Our awarded package consisted of the supply and installation of smoke detection systems and wiring to 18 number individual rooms and install and commission pre-action panels. Works were carried out in conjunction with the progression of the main build, thus entailing numerous site visits. Pumps were wired to meet the overall contact program including the requirement of a temporary feed to the wet riser pumps.
During the course of our contract works we were awarded further works by way of a variation covering an additional six number pre-action systems (at high level) and the design installation and commissioning of an ISG55 gas suppression system to the new server room.
All works were completed as per construction programs, were completed on time and within budget. In total the works were completed over an 18 month period.
